Carol Laycock

Carol is a teacher of speech and dramatic arts who lives in Lethbridge, Alberta Canada. She is well known as a director, performer and clinician. The theatre company for whom she writes and directs, delights audiences wherever they perform. She received her B.A. in Speech and Dramatic Arts from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah and her Associate Diploma in Speech and Drama from Trinity College in London, England. Her love for the theatre began at an early age where she grew up in Mesa, Arizona, singing, dancing, acting in and writing for community theatre productions before going on to BYU where she toured Europe, the U. S. and Canada with Program Bureau, the forerunner to The Young Ambassadors. Today she writes and adapts many stories for the stage and is thrilled to have worked with Wayne in bringing you “The Quest.”
